At United Engineering Services we strive to maintain a high standard of facilities and amenities for employees, visitors and contractors.
Our commitment to staff welfare and support is an essential part of promoting respect, values and culture in the workplace.
Employees of United Engineering Services are required to report defects in any process, procedure, clothing, tool, machinery and other thing immediately.
Employees are provided with the appropriate appliance, clothing, device, equipment, guard, or other thing in order to ensure their safety and health.
Employees are required to attend workplace trainings and practices at regular intervals of service.
Personal performance at work is regularly monitored by Human Resources who liases with National Health Authorities to ensure the following company systems are clear, accurate and of standard:

Environmental Concerns
At United Engineering Services we ensure all goods, materials, substances and equipment are stored and kept so they do not constitute a danger to those in the workplace. Good housekeeping is a vital component of an effective safety system.
Employees are trained in the safe work practice of handling dangerous (flamable) goods and those goods are stored in a suitable manner.
Regular Environmental and Occupational Health monitoring provides a convenient assessment of the environmental concerns and standards in the workplace.
This method, enforced by education, training, engineering controls, administration controls, and protective equipment provides staff at United Engineering Services with an ongoing integrated occupational health programme and minimises possible events of workplace incident and or accident.

Site Services and Policies on Site
United Engineering Services manufactures and installs RSJ, PFC, UB and RHS posts and fitch plates to construction sites and homes throughout Auckland, offering reliable, prompt and free delivery within the city area.
We ensure these orders are to the builders' specifications; correct in size,length and dimension. We will undertake a free quote on site, and provide onsite assistance on most small jobs.
Onsite installation is pre-quoted for larger jobs.
Company policies and procedures pertaining to, and specific to, United Engineering Services Ltd shall be enforced on site.
The company Site Representative shall ensure employees on site
work diligently,are provided with safe and clean amenities,are provided with protective equipment, and maintin satisfactory communications with contract management.
